RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We offer returns within 7 business days from delivered date.
To be eligible for a return, returns must be new, unworn, and with original tags and packaging. No exception.
Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless error/mistake was caused by Pure Bliss Clothing. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Exchanges are based on availability of stock.
